Even though my foot probs flared up yesterday i still hobbled along to the Nurse! Prep the Patient rehearsal...stayed out...and then played the gig.
Upshot is that i can't put ANY pressure on my foot this morning.
no work for me. i've got a second rehearsal with my new band (Box of Lies, in which i am the singy man) tonight - hope i'm able to move for that...
more owrrying is the Abbey Dash (10k run) is this Sunday coming. gotta be able to walk for that at least...please.
at least Everton won at the weekend...did the NY Giants, let me check....oh, looks like they didn't play.
hmm, what to try and make for luch that doesn't invlove lots of walking...
