so the contract didn't come out as hoped but we can try again around the 15th. or maybe this means that house wasn't meant to be. we will see, going to continue to look at other houses and keep our eye on the other one...

thinking about trying to become a SG. got the blessing from the hubby now just need to build up my confidence, i am tad nervous. but i really want to!
