I miss creating music Its been more than a few weeks ( a month maybe?) since The User decided to go on hiatus. I refer to it as hiatus because as many bands (Braid, Bane, Far, etc) have done in the past, there is always an open door in musical relationships. It really just depends on how long its been and how bad things were. I really want to start something new, and I have two ideas that I really excited about. The first idea is to start a really musical band with really mellow weird electronic based songs Something with programmed drums, synths, the usual guitars (although acoustic guitar would be the frame work) and male/female vocals. I would like to make it a multi media experience and buy an In-focus machine and have the programmed drums worked into a video that would play along with the music. That would rule so much. My other idea would be to start an all comedy band, where we would write all humorous original songs, sort of like a plugged in Tenacious D, and rock out some funny skits along with the tunes.
Sadly though I dont think I would be able to find the musicians to do either Damn it sucks to be a person who sings and cannot play instruments very well. Id be much more fucking marketable if that were the case.
