Almost there! Everything has been submitted to insurance, just waiting for approval. Then it's on to a new stage in my life. It feels like a lifetime of waiting. The end is near.
I also have been pondering the idea of joining a gym after the surgery to enhance my progress of weight loss. The one I have spotted interested in is a little pricey, but seems worth it. It's group personal training. One trainer 24 people each individually monitored and personalized workout. I think I would benefit from a group versus alone, just for pure support. I'm looking forward to my new life style.
