Toooooooo busy lately. Between work and social activities something has to give. For now it's been sleep. 
I've been enjoying the summer a lot, but have been overplanning like crazy. I've never given away so many concert tix etc. because I am double booked as the last few months. Kinda bummed I'll be missing the MLS All-Stars play Chelsea (the World Cup got me really jazzed about soccer) in a few weeks, but I am committed to Lollapalooza that day (even though disappointingly almost no one I know is going this year!).
Hope everyone enjoyed the CD Exchange on Saturday. The turnout was reasonable it was great seeing everyone. There were some really interesting and diverse mixes this time! I didn't really see any of the SG noobies come by like I'd hoped (especially the females
). SG Chicago needs to step up our event planning though and get some more members involved.
Other than that, this week should provide a whole lot less drama than last. My family will probably go back to ignoring me and my breakup is starting to take. On to bigger and better things, and hopefully I can get rid of my bleh mood I've been in for a couple of weeks.
