Uh, I got hit by a car on my bike not even an hour ago. I'm totally alright, but it shook me up completely. The woman had a stop sign as she exited the parking lot. I was riding down the sidewalk and she came out of nowhere and did a rolling stop. I was expecting her to stop completely because THAT'S WHAT A STOP SIGN MEANS. She never looked to the right of her. She collided with my bike. The car was alright. The bike was alright. We both were alright. I just have a bit of a bruise on my leg. I'm so thankful she wasn't going fast. I'm so thankful it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

It just really pisses me off that people don't watch out for bikers. As a driver I look every frickin' which way to see if anyone or anything is coming.

And then as I was riding my bike the rest of the way home, a different bitch on her cell phone was about to do the SAME rolling stop at another parking lot exit. I was so nervous from the earlier mishap that I stopped at every driveway to make sure no car was coming. Thankfully due to my over-cautiousness I didn't get hit again.

KENTUCKY DRIVERS ARE TERRIBLE. They NEVER use their blinkers. They don't look for anyone in their way. Okay, maybe not ALL Kentucky drivers, but the majority of them in Bowling Green are absolutely tragic.

PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR BIKERS! WE'RE PEOPLE TOO!
