Okay, I'm in a much better mood today. It is really hard living with an ex-lover... this has been a source of most of my upset recently. But things are looking up - I'm making headway on purging my material possessions and hope to be out of here by December 1st. Luckily, we've been avoiding each other as much as possible. I'm going to the SG Burlesque show tonight with a date - woohoo! That should be fun. But what really put me in a good mood this morning was this awesome caricature my friend Joseph did of me... check it out:

The obsession started in '94. Although Crawford did an excellent job, I left the theatre saying his voice wasn't phantomish. I didn't think about that again until the recent movie. When I heard the voice, I turned to my friend and said, "He's Phantomish." She asked how I knew, I hadn't even seen him yet. I said I had no idea what he looked like or who he was, that wasn't the point. "He" wasn't the point. The point was that his voice was phantomish. My obsession was pretty much suppressed until the movie. I'm waiting for it to go away but I bought the DVD. Dammit. I have said though that a skydiver was a possibility. Next time you see some guy jumping out of a plane, tell him you have someone for him to meet. K? (not someone you've hired either)
I may be there in December. Yeah, I don't like the Lock & Key party either. The guys get the key, girls have the lock. I'm a control freak. Locks are fine. Love 'em. But I have the key! Yes ... I have issues.
