O what a wonderful, beautiful, almost Spring day. Not sure how it is out there where you all are, but here in Phoenix, it is beautiful!
So I start a new class tonight, Motivation and Achievement. I think that I am going to love this one. I love to motivate people and I love to be motivated!! And I can also think of several people that could benefit from this (my manager and several others) It amazes me the way that people can go around and abuse their power and make others feel like minuscule little pieces of dirt. You should always try to treat others with respect and kindness, and as you would expect them to treat you. Your title in the workplace does not make you a better person. It makes your either more successful, or just lucky. Also, keep in mind, you never know who may be your boss one day, so always treat others with the utmost respect and kindness. Your actions and your behaviors will always come back around to you.
