Of course I run into a friend back from Cali who is telling me how his roommate slammed on his shoulder and waited, and how the ligament grew back wrong, and they had to do major surgery and redo everything and he was/is out for months . . .

argh, my shoulder issues have migrated to my left back shoulder blade-ish area. fantastic. going through an "ice and rice" cycle now. If you ever find yourself without a heating pad, pour some rice in a small bag or sock, nuke it for 30 seconds, and voila, instant 15 heating pad. awesome.

haha oooh...that sucks...im horribly uncordinated so ive never really attempted skateboarding....i had one for a couple days and a couple buddies taught me a few tricks but then the board was sadly run over by another buddy...that pretty much ended that lil fiasco.

the screen seminar is over. it seemed to go well, people seemed to be stoked on things. i'llb e building up the website a bit as I go, there's some basic "how-tos" up there right now, with a lot more tips and tricks to come.
