it is so fucking cold up here. unbearable, and I'm not even mincing words. your skin burns as soon as you go outside, and it takes 20 minutes to feel your fingers.

I miss spring. wherefore art thou?

I say we invest in making a big weatherproof bubble. Put it over a hotel downtown. Or hell, over a few bars and a sushi place. Charge a premium price, and people can sit in the warmth and eat 'outside.'
