So I Fail!... Since it is pointless for me to place the blame on brother because i did not go behind and check on him.
I am negative $1200 in my bank account.
My rent is set up for automatic payment, and the deal is my brother gives me his half of the rent prior to the due date. i write him a receipt and deposit his check. All of these details had been discussed thoroughly and agreed upon by both parties. well my brother forgot and jumped the gun. he went and paid the office directly by check. since he could not wait for me to get off work. So i asked him to make sure that the auto pay for this month was canceled, and i would pay by check also then re sort the issue again.
long story short. he said auto pay was canceled, it wasn't! rent was paid time and a half out of my account.

so now i am trying to fix the issue. and making sure i keep on top of him so shit doesn't get fucked up again.

Uhm . . . I guess this is sort of redundant, but . . .
if he knows you've set up the direct/automatic payment,
why would he ever be in a hurry to pay them directly?
