kinda an odd blog
so i have set a goal to get back in better shape... not being happy with my body only brings me down...
in the last year i have been up and down with myself so i need to bring myself back up...
i am going to post some more pics of myself haha and see where i stand in 23days and then xmas and then right before i head back to the states...

a week or so ago goofing around.
me this afternoon before the gym..
today i started working out with one of my best friends/ old roommate again so i think i will get back to where i was
just stronger.. and ready for more ink!
finish my stomach out and my right side and sleeve and start my left starting in 2012.
