I wonder if well ever meet? Me, You
a craving bittersweet In time, perchance,
wed find a way to steal a numbered dance.
If plans are laid and footsteps more than few
are followed, possibly we could, we two.
Your voice might cross a crowded rooms expanse
to touch my eyes with yours should circumstance
allow. Would meeting match the plans we drew?
Like towers Watts or Gaudis wall, blue lines
appear to have no rhyme at all. But hands
like yours and mine have built on grander scale.
We architects of shaky sand designs:
mandala makers, chalk and broom and mans
desires. Create, destroy, and strive to sail.
