It's worth mentioning that I loathe my boss. I am an advanced senior in hair school, but very close to grad-jatin'. Until the end of this month I have to tolerate my bitch-boss. She's getting worse with each passing day because she knows she didn't do her homework and hire someone to learn how to do her fucking job before I leave. whatever Serves her right. Unfortunately, the jackass I was married to pulled out of his agreement to parent his daughter on the nights I needed to get a kick-ass job at a Paul Mitchell Signature Salon the day before I signed the contract. He took it upon himself to say "Yeah, I don't think it's the right job for you..." Then blames me for "bringing it upon <my>self". Dude. Don't be an ass-

So that would have been a kick-ass job out of the starting gate. I wouldn't have had to bring my own clientele or anything. BUT: I am sure everything happens for a reason, and I will make my own shite happen, dang-it!

ps: You're in the Northwest: doesn't it rain constantly there??!!! I'm in the Northeast, but God has obviously taken a good dose of peyote and mistaken Massachusetts for Louisiana, with the humidity wave we've gotten this summer... bleh!
