So I've been doing a little medical research, because I've been super stressed out, I guess what you could call mildly depressed, there's just a million things going on. Really, a million, I made a list. I'm also lying, but you knew that.

Now my sister, she was on anti-depressants for a while, remember that one that was supposed to make you want to kill yourself? Yeah, that one. Isn't that the opposite of what you're aiming for? Of course, you can't be depressed when you're dead. Personal ethics say prescription drugs for mood stability are out of the question. I have enough trouble taking NyQuil when I have a cold, let alone hardcore anti-depressants.

So a little research, and a call to my doctor (It's nice having the same doctor for 13 years, you can call and ask questions out of the blue) and I was pointed in the direction of St. John's Wort. It's herbal, and according to my doctor there's a pretty big case being made for it in the medical community when it comes to treating mild depression and the sort. So with this and a more stabilized shift at work starting this week hopefully my mood will change a bit for the better. I do need to exercise more as well, I'm still hovering around the 170 pound mark and would love if I could start to tone up. The weather is perfect for jogging and pilates would do me some good.

Other than that I came up with another story at work yesterday (I'm so weak!) called Love Across The Great Cubicle Divide. There was a girl sitting in the cubicle next to me yesterday, and I was sitting in mine, work as usual (Yesterday was busy and hellacious with back to back scam calls all night) when I start to hear someone sort of humming, sort of singing. At first I thought it was the call I was on, and then I realized it was the girl next to me. It came out of nowhere and I did that boy thing where you fall in love with a girl who does something quirky and simple. Sometimes I'm a simple minded boy, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Also, tonight I'm going to buy a desk lamp. Just thought you should know.
