What made you get comfortable with your body? My answer?
As a young girl growing up doing swimming, dancing and every activity under the sun to becoming a teenager and stopping it all and finding alcohol - I've been close to 100kgs, and as little as 55kgs, from one extreme to the other I've been through it with my body. I hated it at times and adored it at others, but always judged myself...
And now my body has given me the gift of two beautiful incredible daughters and the appreciation and adoration I have for my body now is next level. Women's bodies really are the most awe inspiring creations in my opinion! Now at age 30 I have finally learnt to love myself fully and truly, no matter which version of myself I currently am 🖤✨
