Ok, I'm back. I'll be getting alcohol withdrawal symptoms soon tho!
Went home on 22nd Dec and had a nice night in with the parents and little sis drinking wine and watching TV.
On 23rd, got woken early to play with lil sister. The I went shopping and went to a friends house where we started on the wine.
Followed by a vege kebab and satay sauce with my pregnant friend, and friend with a kid. Mmmmm, it was yummy. Then went down to my friend Mat's house. He wasn't in but some other people were there so stayed for a few drinks and a laugh. Although was a big odd when my ex's new shag bunny took me to one side and started telling me she was sorry and that she still likes me and doesn't want me to hate her. I pointed out that my ex and I had broken up and whatever he decides to do and with who, I'm fine with.
Xmas eve........woken too early again.......... slobbed out all day playing with the lil sis and chatting with parents before going to town again and going straight to the pub. Got rather drunk, saw old friends, got their numbers (but they're generally the peeps who you see at xmas, get their numbers then don't see again til next year!). Then went home. When I got home I saw one of the cars was missing and panicked as I went in then found out Dad was at midnight mass. Had a drink with my Stepmum and found out that my Mum died of a different cancer to what I have been told for the past 15 years!!!! Not impressed!
But what can I do now...
Xmas Day......had to wake the lil sis!!! She'd been up and down all night as she was too excited so was still happily asleep at 8am! Would've left her longer but they go to chuch on xmas day. Had some bucks fizz and tea then while they were at church, I got breakfast ready and spoke to my twin who chose to not come and see us this year.
Opened presents, ate too much and carried on drinking. 
Then I went to a mate's party but there was a lass there really depressing everyone even though this is apparently her bestest xmas yet! So I was home by 11.30. Everyone said how she carried on like that all night so I was well glad I'd buggered off!
Boxing day I was woken by lil sis to show her how to play her gameboy. Ended up playing most of the levels for her so god knows how she's gunna play when I'm not there! Went and got a digital camera for my xmas present from my parents too. It's ace. Evening was cool. Went to 'Fire' with some friends. Fire is a night where they do fire juggling like poi etc and you drink lots. Ended up chatting to peeps in the toilet like friends of the family who I've not seen for years! Took some bad pics of my mates as well.
Got a lift home to Sheffield from my parents on 27th as they wanted to go to Meadowhell. Sent them away with my A to Z but they still called me for directions!
28th was a good laugh. Went to Skegness with my fella. It's so odd seeing a snowman made of snow and sand! He didn't have any facial features so we helped out.
It then took us over an hour and a half from there to Lincoln as the snow was so bad! After Lincoln it was all clear so was home quite quick.
Got woken early on 29th as the fella had to be at work for 7am. Sat in the cinema cafe bar with him having a coffee and McDonalds before getting the tram home and chilling out. I then cooked us a jacket tata and veg before we crashed out in front of a film.
So no strip pontoon or anything like previous years but all still lots of fun and it's always nice to see peeps you don't see often.
