HI EVERYONE.

how's 2011 treating you?

so far, i'm still smoking, still drinking, not exercising, slept with the exfiance, and eating more meat than i have in ages. yeah, this year isn't even 2 weeks in and it's going straight to hell. (where's the thumbs up smiley when you need it??)

anyways...cute picture break....me and my favorite chocolate lab, rusty! biggrin

I dunno about you, but the post-breakup sex for me was kinda hot like... once. Maybe twice. Then it just got akward.

Hell, they need to factor that into the breaking up process. It's kinda natural!

It's all a state of mind isn't it? I haven't started exercising like I wanted to but I'm trying to remain positive and focused. I think that's what it's all about anyways. There will be bumps and setbacks but you will get where you want to be eventually! Keep your head up! biggrin
