home alone!!! i get a night or two to myself every once in awhile (except, of course, for my 4-legged buddies) and I LOVE IT. i feel fortunate to be able to sleep amazingly on my own...i have friends who toss and turn when their sig o's are out of town...the way i see it? i get the bed to myself!!! yeahhh! haha

i went to target for some stuff and accidentally saw the martha stewart cupcake book. opened it up and knew i had to have it. saw that the recipe for oreo cheesecake cupcakes was easy breezy and decided to make them tonight for a 4th of july get together tomorrow.

they're in the fridge cooling right now. so glad that while the taste test proved that they are super yum, the desire to actually eat one is non-existent. even under the influence of my dear friend mj.



the bottom has an oreo cookie crust!
