just made some chocolate butter cupcakes with a creamy peanut butter frosting. the frosting tastes like those reeces pieces candies....sooooo good!!



I also made almond milk for the first time today. the almonds soaked overnight, then i blended them, squeezed out the milk, and blended the milk with cinnamon and a little ice. then put a dash of cinnamon on top and a squeeze of organic agave nectar. unbelievable, so good! the nut meat (heh) is marinating in the fridge and is going to become garlic lemon almond cheese.



also made homemade marinara today with roasted garlic. garlic is amazing, the whole house smelled incredible!
