Canada Day itself was nothing special aside from being moms birthday. day after we went to sylvan lakle I realized how out of shape I am. Took me forever to get into tube again when I was thrown out.. 3 strikes and I was done. Was so nice not having to eat burritos or KD.
Friday and Saturday I went to the stampede. Friday used day pass to go on all the rides then since they dont sell day pases on weekends just enjoyed the rest of stampede. Saw Model Show, fake hypnotist, and they went to Nelly Furtado at Coke Stage. Crazy crowds was shoulder to shoulder for as far as you could even just hear her. Very few had a good line of vision.(being 6'4 I was ok for the most part
friends weren't so lucky though.. oh well haha) Lots of fun

I haven't been to the Stampede in years, I can't imagine how scary it is now. Last time I went I saw a hypnotist too though, it was lame.
