Some fucked up things have been happening in southeast lately. The shooting of the store clerk at the Belmont Market. The rape at knifepoint at 30th and Stark. I'm so completely fucking angry right now. I knew Chester. I haven't talked with him much since I stopped working at It's a Beautiful Pizza, but he's a really cool guy. I wish I could find out more about his condition. I hope he recovers. His family must be going through hell right now. God that's so fucked up. I can't imagine what the woman is going through right now but I hope she has family and friends around her to support her through this completely fucked up time in her life. I hope really terrible things happen to these criminals really fucking soon. Gory, grindhouse horror movie things should happen to them. If anyone reading this knows something about these crimes come forward. Talk to the police right now!
"The shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Belmont Market located at Southeast 34th Avenue and Belmont Street. Police say they believe it was a botched robbery attempt.
The victim, Chester Yeom, was shot in the head while working behind the counter.
Police canvassed the area looking for a suspect but did not find anyone.
They are hoping witnesses may have seen someone running from the area and can help them track down the person.
Police describe the suspect as either Asian or Hispanic, 5 foot 8 inches tall, clean-shaven and 25 to 35 years old.
Police think the suspect was driving a distinctive vehicle, possibly a 2002 or 2003 burnt-orange Chevrolet Corvette convertible with a black soft top and lightly tinted windows.
Neighborhood residents expressed dismay at the shooting, and hoped for recovery for Chester Yeom.
As of Monday, he was listed in extremely critical condition with life-threatening injuries and is reportedly on life-support. He had been employed by the store for about eight years." from KATU's site

"So as not to spread false information I called the local police precinct and confirmed the SE rapist information.
He forced a woman into her apartment while she was outside smoking at 1am around 30th & Stark and raped her at knife point for over an hour.
The neighborhoods of concern are between 30th & 39, between Stark & Hawthorne. (Bully for me that I live on 39th & Stark!)
I asked the officer why there had been no news coverage or flyers up around the neighborhood and she said she didn't know why and thought it odd. I'll try to contact one of the news stations so more poeple will will know about this. If anyone can help please do. PLEASE REPOST!
