oh drama at work.



i hate being the boss no one likes.



i hate having to boss people around. i hate when i feel like no one likes me. frown

i have to remember "im not here to make friends" and "they dont have to like you, they just have to respect you"

but what fun is spending the majority of your life with people that dont even like you around.

I know just how you feel on this. Hell, I was recently transfered within the business to be the heavy. My job is not to be liked and make my boss look good.

It's never any fun.

If you are consistent and fair, eventually there will be respect.

I know exactly how you feel I inherited a group of employees who had all worked under their best friend for 3 years . Needless to say its not a fun ride but evil monkey is right eventually you will win them over to an extent . just a hint though donot take them to a strip club doesnt work out well.
