Feeling better. My alcoholic demons were exorcised by the melodic sounds of Grand Funk Railroad. I was in charge of guarding their dressing room and met most of them. The guitarist played an bitchen LTD and we talked briefly about what great guitars they are, but mostly I just stood and stared at a wall for 4 hours. The bass player was awesome, his guitar was bigger than he was. I felt bad because it was a corporate shindig and it made me sad that such a great band had degenerated into playing said events. BUT GODDAMN IT DIDN'T BOTHER THEM THOUGH! THEY ROCKED THAT JOINT! Now I'm home, wishing I didn't have to go to bed early to do school work all day tomorrow. Fuck it, this semester is almost over and then I'm free to pursue my real interests.
