You have to start the 4th off with a good, sweaty run! I am back in the game! I feel great, smell bad and have off today. Life is good!
~ a quick rant, I live right across the street from the George Washington Parkway. If you don't know, there's a run/bike trail right along the Potomac river. It makes a wonderful run/bike ride. There is not that much street parking in front of my house or across the street, and there is nothing I hate more than when people park there to go for their runs or rides. There's designated parking on the GW Parkway for this purpose. What the fuck! ~ what that on? a man in his BMW suv took it upon himself to park right in front just now!
My parents and nephew are coming over today. Loo and I have lil Cheeba all day with us so we have a full day planned of swimming, playing Badminton, which I feel compelled to add, my sister and I are Badminton champions. We used to play with my cousins everyday at my Mee Maws (
) house in the summer. You might want to say we are fanatics about the sport. But along with the day, we are BBQ'ing and asked my folks to join in the fun. I'll have to take pictures of my sweet playing skills. 
I hope everyone has a safe 4th and don't blow anything off.
