I hate Mondays, especially when you're coming off a 3 day weekend. A crazy 3 day weekend.
Friday night was good. Had 2 martinis, ate some yummy sushi. Laughed with Loo with a bit of hand holding thrown in there.
Saturday we, Loo and I silly, went to good ol' Southern Maryland to eat crabs with my family. This was the first outing with my sister, Vinyle's boyfriend. We ate way too much.

It was a great time. We walked around and I showed Cheeba a little burnt friend. Poor guy!
Then Loo and I were driving back home and his car started overheating. We tried waiting it out for it to cool down. NO such luck!
So, we ended up calling AAA who did get to us until 11:45pm to tow us back to our house. Keep in mind, we called around 9:30pm. Alas we made it home, sleepy, hot and ready for bed.
Sunday we picked up a 200pound metal desk from some guy Loo met. He sold us a $900 vintage military desk for 25 bucks! Can't beat that. But let me say, that fucker was heavy with just the 2 of us carrying it up 3 flights. Oi!
But here I am, off to work, waiting for Loo to get out of the shower to drive me. Here's to a fast week! Keep your fingers crossed!

I'm having a bit of trouble hitting the high notes!

What a weekend of fun stuff you had. I'm betting you had lots O' smiles and laughs too....well, except for when you were waiting for AAA.
