Now that Halloween is over, i can concentrate on the most important event coming up, Thanksgiving. I get so freakin' excited about it. I've been having "The Dinner" at my house the past few years. I love the stress of cooking for everyone. My small condo becomes the feasting home for the misfits. Anyone and everyone is invited. People who i work with that don't have families in the area, neighbors who are alone, mothers and mother in laws (yep, you read the mother in law correct) I LOVE to cook. I've been creating my menu, and then my shopping feast menu. This is the time of year when i get very, VERY organized.
And you know what the most exciting part is? My sissy, Vinyle and Cheeba will be here. This is the first thanksgiving in about 12 years that i'll have my whole family. YAY!!
So, if anyone has any dee-lish dishes for thanksgiving, please let me know. I love, love, love, trying new foods and recipes. Yummy!
