this new design is pretty.

dan *my roommate* and i went out to harbor fest last night. im not sure what i was expecting...to be honest i wasn't really expecting anything, which is probably why i wasn't disappointed. i guess.

while we were there, Sugar Ray took the stage.
first of all....what?! last i checked, their fifteen minutes past about ten years ago.
second...when you "used to be cool" like sugar ray and now find yourself on stage at harbor fest, don't use that as an opportunity to perform skynrd covers. just no. you're wrong for that.
and lastly, how is it that the BARELY teenaged girls in attendance were practically throwing themselves at the stage?? what, were they five when this band had a hit on mtv? gross.

okay. i'm done with that rant...sorry.

i love taphouse. i just have to share that. it's not even because i drink there half off...well, that helps...but really, i like the place a lot. the people there are just, well, for lack of a better word at this moment, cool. i always walk out of there longing for more tattoos of my own though.

such an addiction.

i've decided that i might go ahead and buy my ex-boyfriend's bronco. just to rectify this whole 'not having a car' situation that i presently find myself in. i think the bronco could be fun. and it's just for a year anyway.

tomorrow is the arctic monkeys/we are scientists show. im pretty excited about doing work for Filter. i hope they enjoy whatever i give them after the show...id really like to stick with them. wish me luck
