That was a long weekend. I'm refusing to look at this day off as an extension of my weekend, because I worked the entire thing. So this day is just going to be considered a day off. I'd rather let the weekend end where it did - last night.
That probably doesn't make sense, but eh...sometimes things only have to make sense to me.
I bought a ridiculously long and flowy skirt yesterday. I feel like a hippie. I kind of like it. I don't own anything like it. Mostly because I've had this irrational phobia involving long skirts. I always worry that they'll make me look shorter than I am already. And really, that is irrational. Nothing could make me look shorter than I am. ha. So I'm wearing it today.
I got a hair cut this morning. I guess I felt like because I went through a drastic color change earlier this week that I should compliment it with a cut. Nothing to drastic though. Just a lot of layers. I've styled the front a little differently just as a test. I promised myself that I would actually take some pics today and put them up later tonight.
No Frill for lunch is always a great way to get going on a day off...I love it : )
Then it's off to see my roommate at work (Starbucks) - I'll know instantly if the new hair is bad. haha. He never holds back.
Today is a friend of mine's birthday so I'll probably wind up stumbling around Ghent later tonight. The fun never stops. Okay so maybe that's a stretch, but I'm trying to be positive. : )
