So yesterday I spent hours and hours looking for work and today it appears I've received a job offer for something that I thought I got a call for yesterday saying they weren't interested in me... 
huh? Maybe that was my fault but I could BARELY understand the woman on the phone and I thought she was another person calling to ask me if I was interested in further my education. THOSE people have been calling me like CRAZY!!!!! In applying for jobs and resume exposure sites I'm thinking a few of those places sold my contact info, but I have the "one polite sentence to get rid of them" down so it's not too bad. But yeah, apparently she was calling to tell me they WERE interested in me and I got the acceptance email and paperwork for a new hire so in a few days I should be starting my 30-day trial period!!! It's a remote job as a Financial Assistant, but it sounds like a cake walk and promises a very enticing monthly salary plus commissions and even quarterly bonuses! 
This little cutie is the first of two cupcakes I've been working on today for a friend. He requested two cupcake key chains for his nieces!! The cupcakes are essentially identical both with a cherry, pink icing, and beaded sprinkles. They differ with the cake color and sprinkle color, the other one has a purple bottom and the sprinkles are purple, green, and pink. He also requested a flower headband for his girlfriend but I haven't started that one yet. She's got a cupcake key chain herself and even 2 flower hair clips.
I've got a bunch of other request to complete including Sally from the Nightmare B4 Christmas, Gir, a lavender Manatee toy, a Luchador Domo, and Chihuahua clothing! Yeah, my friends are keeping me busy!!!! Plus I've got my own stuffs I want to make and goodies that I want to make and try to sell on my Etsy- TransparentCarrots. Forgive the self promotion, but you never know when what I make is what you want!
