what else what else, i love potluck dinners. i just made a southwestern bean salad to bring to the potluck tonight. if you care to know it's black beans, corn, tomatos, roasted pine nuts, cilantro, chilis, feta cheese crumbled on top with a garlicky lime juice dressing that also has chilis in it. if you also want to know the amino acids in the corn and black beans make up for what the other doesn't have, so it is a complete protein vegetarian dish. easy to make vegan too.
