This is my blog about food or at least what I am going to make for dinner. I am inspired by xmasjones, who shares all the awesome things he is cooking all the time. So for dinner tonight it is beef teriyaki with steamed rice. Lots of veggies. Yesterday I made a homemade stew from scratch. I have been cooking like Bobby Flay lately, keeping my mind of things. Its mental recovery
So as I prepare my dinner, I am enjoying the second tim hortons coffee of the day. I have to say a word or two about Tim Hortons, and all my Canadian friends know what I am talking about. I cannot live without this coffee. Premium roast with just the right amount of cream and sugar to make you want to cozy up with someone near the fire and just chill. I had quit coffee all together but then decided what the hell? I only live once.

I am so beyond happy today. I am seeing a hypnotist which I think is going to be cool, especially if it works. My friend comes home today and I am seeing him tomorrow. I have missed him a little.
Also (because I have to mention him) debased_pixie is giving good conversation, I like talking and this makes me happy.

I am doing well at the new job, they are excited about my designs, my ideas and are already putting their trust in me on some big projects. I may have found my calling. Getting off at 3:30 aint too bad either.

And because she is my princess and the best freaking athlete out there, I have to include this.

She was called up to play on a select team and will now be on the ice 5 days a week. She is also participating in some tournaments which means travelling!!!
