Long time no blog, well except for the last frustrated one...

What has happened since last time I blogged...
The Christmas show! Me and another girl at the studio hosted a Pole showcase on the 18. of December. It was such a success! We spent a whole month planning and making our own and the students performances and training like crazy. We had burlesque performances, pole group and solo performances with students and instructors.
Most of the students were super nervous and hesitant to join the show but straight afterwards they got super excited and everyone wants to perform again.

My performance
I just trained for the first time since the show last night and oh boy my body is sore! I always had planned to go back to the studio and film my performance to get a better video and fix some minor things to perfect the routine but I got too busy recovering from training too hard before the show, then I had to do some christmas shopping and stuff like that, on Christmas I got sick and after Christmas I was still tired and frustrated from not being able to go back.
Christmas was alright. It was the first time I didn't spend it at my parents place. Instead I was with my boyfriend, his little brother and dad. I had a fever and a really bad headache and missed seeing my family later that night like I planned because I had to go and lie in bed and rest.
At least the desert was nice
Christmas was short, went back to my boring warehouse/lager job, boss was away and me and the guys were super lazy and I think we played probably way too many games of Battleship instead of actual work. But it was alright since it was really slow that week and we think we deserve to be a little lazy every once in a while
