My friend shared her bottle with me today at Pirate Fest and I can say I absolutely love this stuff. I'm not a guy who likes straight alcohol like I don't drink whiskey straight or even bourbon on the rocks, I don't like Jack and Coke and I don't do shots. I had some of this straight because during the monsoon when we were stuck in our ship together we didn't have anything to cut it with and this shit is fucking amazing. I honestly think this is the shit pirates drank during sea storms to keep calm because this stuff is amazing. It doesn't have an alcohol taste to it at all in fact it sort of reminds me of those old powdered Cider drinks you used to get as a kid for winter. It's got a really nice spiced taste to it and it just tastes amazing straight from the bottle. I wouldn't dare put this in anything other than possibly ginger beer because it would ruin it for me. I love this stuff!!!!! Though as a warning when we drank it during the storm we could've sworn we saw some tentacles swarming the ship.
