So a little background on myself. I love history I mean I adore history. For years my goal was to be either a History Professor or an Archaeologist. The only reason I changed that goal was because of family and personal issues. However this Literature class is just awful and I mean awful. The work isn't hard but the readings are just boring to a whole new level. You're forced (yes forced) to read 30-40 pages of horrendous writing that is listed as "the great literature" but the thing is you're not reading authors like Shakespeare or Edgar Allen Poe or even Herman Melville. You're instead reading mostly rants about horrendous deeds or problems that have no relevance. For example tonight's wonderful homework was reading a 40 page rant on how cats do not go to heaven written in 1929.....not even kidding.
