I love Polish girls for two big reasons. Weighty reasons. Reasons that have a cross nestled between them, because they're good Catholic girls, too, usually.
It doesn't hurt that they're generous with their booze, either.

This doesn't surprise me. (Real) TIs are state run, and The Netherlands wants coffee shops and the red light district to be gone. Apparently the Hague is not as tolerant as Amsterdam is, hates Amsterdam, and hates that it's the sex and drug capital of the Western world. They are actively trying to change this by creating strict zoning laws to prevent coffee shops from operating pretty much anywhere and by buying out all of the windows and putting mannequins in them with "designer fashions". It's a laughable waste of resources, especially considering the Dutch and their complete disregard for rules and regulations. However it does mean that dozens of coffee shops have closed down and the red light district is barely more than four blocks now. It also means that TIs give ridiculous information like that which you obtained.
