God...I'm crying its 3:30 AM ...My ex just broke me down. I want to die. We were together a yr. in which I lived with him. He was a heroin addict. I called to find out if he was clean or even alive and he flipped out on me and said I was why he relapsed and all this BS that sucked. I just feel sooooo bad right now. I can't stop crying. How can he hate me so much when I did so much to help him.

I'm sorry. Try not to let it get you too down. You didn't drive him to the heroin, he just couldn't resist the temtation and needs some one to blame for his weakness. All you did was care.
