I am so sorry to hear that things aren't going well. What happened? I am still immersed in completely miserable dealings with the law and so I know personally that it sucks. I wish that I could do something to make it better.

That is the strange. I was so worried amongst this very sad time, that I'd not be able to afford the extravagant gifts that I had planned to purchase for my dearly beloveld family. Turns out....I am topped out at the end of my range. Long story short, I got a huge bonus check out of the blue. This allows me to buy my brother unlimited music, and allows me to go south...to see a beautiful woman. My Pop will get his bike, and Mom will get the gift that I assume is perfect. So yeah, I give a shit about the holidaze, and I hit lots of beautiful women's wish lists....and I bought a $60 tea set for myself. Trust me, I'm a straight man who loves women, but I bought this tea set from China that almost called to me. This set has a number, and a photo of the woman who made it from rare Chinese clay. Wha? Drink like...tea? Out of these gorgeous cups? HA! Well...we shall see butterfly...you are so very ambitious.

If it's her first felony, the San Antonio D.A. will very likely let her plead down to a deferred sentence, or at the worst probation. It's still on her record, but she won't do jail time. The San Antonio D.A. is incredibly cool like this - even drug charges can be plead down to no-jail sentences.

I truly feel your pain. I've watched more of my "brothers" and shit get locked up for doing the stupidest things, even after I continually warned them or cautioned them and tried to sit down and talk to them and it through their head that they would end up in jail if they didn't clean the fuck up. Usually the first time someone gets in real bad trouble it's enough to keep them straight long enough for you to really get through to them. Then again, a lot of the time it has to be a conscious decision on their part to stop knocking off.

Yucky? In San Antone? I don't believe it. (haha) You know what I miss the most about living in Tejas? The rain. The smell of the wet red mud and the lightning. Driving up HWY45 and passing the sign that says DALLAS _ mi (it's on the top of a hill and I always wanted to stop and take a picture and photoshop a nuclear blast in where Dallas is) The oil pumps that look like dinosaurs feeding when the sun is setting in the summer and the sky burns a firey pink on the horizon. The sound of the frogs and the crickets when they're praying for rain. Birds getting drunk on rotten Youpon berries in the winter. Saying Y'all. Ah well, such is life - fleeting and insignificant. Just a bit of info for you, every single one of my friends has been slapped with some sort of felony or misdemeanor at one point or another, that's just what happens there. As a matter of fact, a friend who picked me up from the Austin airport to drive me back to Bryan/College Station got pulled over and arrested and extradited back to Karnes City (So. of San Antonio) for some stupid ticket he forgot to pay a few years back and the cops left me and my friend in Caldwell with his car and an empty tank of gas and we had 3 bucks between the 2 of us so we had to steal some gas, and then we drove the backroads getting drunk on this cheap ass wine that was left over from my sisiter's wedding. Ah, those were the days.
I miss Texas.

Aside from that, yeah, I'm on a roll. Always happens when I first start dating again. If I don't start dating this other chick, it'll be months before I come across someone else. That's just how it's worked for my whole life.

Christmas Gala, now that sounds fancy. Where in the world do you work? I do realize that it is San Antonio and not the ghetto ie. Weatherford/Lawton/Oklahoma in general. Sounds nice. I wish we had Christmas parties like that. I had my kinetics final today. Everyone keeps telling me that all this stress is worth it. I sure fucking hope so.
