So I was pretty pumped for this blog to see how many people have the same fears as me😉

1. Bugs- I hate them. Beetles, cockroaches, spiders, crickets, grasshoppers - all freak me out. I can't stand them, I get really freaked out thinking one of them creatures could be crawling on me 😩 if I see any of them, I'll run and scream no questions! I'm a massive wuss when it comes to bugs 🐜❌

2. Heights - I'm fine going on rides and being on planes etc.. It's things like stairs that you can see through (the ones that are usually at water parks) I usually try and run as fast as I can up them so I can get onto the slide and off the stairs haha- I'm terrified that they'll callapse!😖

3. Rejection- as a typically bpd sufferer, I'm terrified of rejection in any form. I sometimes avoid making plans because I'm scared the person will bail or let me know and when I'm let down I feel dead down about myself, and question myself which puts me on a downwards spiral- which sucks!😥

4. Someone hiding to 'get me'- I know it sounds funny. But nothing scares me more than coming into a empty dark house - thoughts that someone could of got in and be hiding anywhere (under my bed, wardrobe, toilet) is freaky as hell. Same as going to my car at night or early morning, I'm terrified someone's hiding behind my bins outside so I run and lock the car doors haha. I'm like a ninja now 😉

5. Loosing people- either falling out with someone I care about, or them passing away. It scares the shit out of me because you never know what tomorrow holds and anything could happen and that's terrifying! I worry about family - car accidents, health failures, unexpected tragedies.. All of it scares me even thinking of it 😟
