I disappeared for quite a lot, but it hasn’t been an easy time.
I think everyone felt something odd in their mind and routine due to the lockdown, and speaking for myself: I started having panic attacks all over again. Insomnia and anxiety does not cope well together!
Going out, staying in the nature, is really helping tho

This quarantine is hard for everyone, even for someone like me who loves to stay at home. But I am also lucky to have a rooftop where I can sunbath 🌞 for a while everyday, so I don’t really miss the outside world too much. 😂
