Tomorrow is my 23rd birthday. My girlfriend got me an awesome gift, Terry Goodkind's Confessor. I've been both dreading this book and impatient for it. It's the conclusion of the Sword of Truth series. I've heard good things though. We'll see.

I've got four whole days off from work this weekend. I took off Thursday, have Friday and Saturday off regularly, and I took off Sunday night. It's been nice so far. Usually I'd be expecting to go back to work after two day, now I know I have two more. I think that's the best birthday gift I've gotten except for spending yesterday with Cheryl. We had a really, really nice day and some really, really good sex!

I wish I wasn't so damned broke, because then I could actually go do something outside my apartment, but the inside stuff has been a lot of fun so far. I just wish Cheryl would have had this weekend off. Would have been nice. Oh, well. She has a week of vacation coming up so I'll just have to make the best of that.

Christmas is soon. I hope it's a good one for me and everyone else!
