i am on administrative suspension from work....... 3 days without pay...... next time i come in late, i am fired..... i milked the kindness of others for too long..... i fucked shit up royally...... i really have not learned a lesson..... i know the powers that be are right..... but those so-called powers cannot keep the physicians in check...... they can show up five hours late and i get into trouble for being half an hour late..... not really trying to justify it....... i know i am in the wrong...... but others are too..... and maybe that is why there is this mass exodus from the job.... it sucks that things have gotten this bad.... but i have been through 4 years of this shit..... i am fed up..... and i have fucked up..... guess what..... somebody is gonna pay..... and probably that person is me....... FUCK!!!

tough break man. I used to have a tardiness issue a while back. sometimes you have to put up with a lot to get to work. all you can do is take your situation and try to make it better. ever consider just looking for another job to start with a clean slate?
