Feeling disconnected from just about all your friends and realizing that, while it's a kinda crappy feeling, it might just mean that some of those relationships have run their course or are going to end sooner than you thought, even from a few months ago. And also realizing, that, that is perfectly ok.
Some people are in your life for a short while and some people for longer. They all teach you things about yourself and others. Never take advantage of the people around you but pay attention to the lessons they teach you. They may/will be invaluable later in life.
Now to "start" working on a "better level of friend" as someone put it to me. Cause some of the ones around just don't fit like they used to. They have their own lives to lead. And, at least for now, it doesn't look like that includes me.
So fair winds and following seas to us all as we continue our lives/journeys. And maybe, someday, we will meet each other again.
