What a past few days. Started out on Thursday night, in New Orleans, at TwiRoPa which is a huge warehouse in the port area of the city that has been converted into a place to catch a buzz and some good fucking music. I missed interpol when they came. But not the Thursday show. 3 Inches of Blood started it off and blew the place wide open. Then came All That Remains(who luckily played since they have been cancelling shows left and right due the fact that they do not have a bass player) and kicked more of our asses. Six Feet Under was next and death metal was growling king. Finally it was Chimaira who played with such intensity that it was cannibalistic. All in all, one kick fucking ass show. I was a pool of sweat by the end and feeling damn sore. Chimaira's new disc comes out tomorrow. Oh yeah
The rest of the weekend was more drunkeness, shits and giggles. I love girls in glasses. Yet sometimes they date racist guys. I don't even think she knows that little tidbit.
Football is starting to roll and it makes me happy.
I hope the shuttle crew makes it home safe. Knock-knock.
