This has been one of those good news/bad news weeks. I was supposed to go to the Nekromantix show last monday, but my ride canceled out on me 2 hours before the show(sorry pogarita). Which is granted a little better than when she flat out stood me up for my a play my best friend was in, that consequently made me break my word(something that I am loathe to do), and to my best friend nonetheless! That made him look bad professionally, and might affect my getting free theater tickets in the future. I really wanted to see that show, I'm still a bit miffed about all the good events I miss or stand people up for, for no other reason than my truck died. Now my only source of transportation is my loyal, but flakey friends. I'm not even close to a bus line. or any other mode of public transportation, unless I want to pay for a cab from Pasadena to downtown Houston.
Now on a brighter note: I have internet once again! I can check my email, log onto SG, or myspace, or what the hell ever I want to. I am very excited about that. Now I can talk to all of you everyday. huzzah !
