This is going to sound hella dumb, but... where do i get protein shakes? Isn't a heavy protein diet really dependant on doing heaps of exercise? I always thought protein shakes were for body builders ._.
Where do you walk? Do you go along the track past the science centre? When do you go? Would you mind if I tagged along? I dont think i'd want to do weights, but the wii fit program has a great cardio program.
If I could get myself under 100kg, i'd be stoked, ive been hanging around 102-107 for years now.
