Last night was glorious. It cooled off so much I got a chill when I went outside As I lay down among the mites in my bed and they started to chomp on my skin, I marveled in the fact that I wasn't so sweaty that I felt sick. Shortly after dozing off into my lucid dream about rollerskating, my phone rang. On the other end was a voice that must have been genetically engineered to incubate baby blue birds. According to her, there is somewhere around Portland that has gothic rollerskating! I'm not gothic by any means, but I have images of rollerskating to Bauhaus and Skinny Puppy now. Dare I dream it--perhaps even Coil.
Went back to sleep and had bizarre lezbian dreams; I watched Mulholland Drive last night and I guess I carried it to bed.
My friend and I are going CAMPING next weekend and I can't wait. I haven't gone all summer. And as well we are going by THE COAST, so we'll stop there too. I have been trying to get to the coast for about six months but some sort of bs always stands in the way.
I need to be in a band again; I miss singing and writing songs. A lot.
