Just a quick update on what I am up to:
I am staying with Jean-Marc in Baumholder, Germany. I have been having a bit of trouble getting myself on the right time. I slept quite a lot the first day I got here after my long flight.
Sadly, my digi cam battery has died. It is a lithium ion battery and it has to be recharged and cannot be replaced by normal batteries. It will not longer hold a charge. JM and I couldnt find a replacement here so we ordered one. I hope it gets here soon! What a terrible time to have my camera crap out! I guess we can use his for now.
I am bummed.
Tonight we saw Tool in Mannheim. JM's friend had tickets and he wasnt going to make it to the show so he gave them to us. It was a pretty cool show. It was really mellow which i thought was a little odd. Aside from these two wasted people, not one really jumped or danced around. Everyone just stood and enjoyed the show. Oh and a german guy came up to JM (he was wearing an MSI shirt) and said he liked the shirt and he thought MSI was a "fuck in the head."
I need to go to bed and stop watching german MTV. guten nacht

Maybe it would be easier to buy a throwaway digital camera, like the kodak ones....

i'm glad that you're having a good time in Germany with JM. i'm totally jealous that you saw Tool in Germany. i wish i could drop by and visit the two of you. on a side note, i'm going to buy my dream camera. i'll be picking up my awesome new camera hopefully by the end of this week and i'll have to come to SC in january and take some lovely piccies of your and your roomies. have a wonderful vacation and i'll talk to you soon. ciao bella!
