Back, finally: a fortnight ago the computer got broke...
"it's playing up again", I was told
"do elaborate?'" was my request to the 'breaker'
"well, it was in one of its moods so I turned it off and now it won't go back on" - the reply
"I see. So when you say "it's playing up again" and that "it was in one of its moods" what you mean is that it was going slowly and you got pissed off and turned it off at the mains, thus buggering it and now it's broken?

Unfortunately, I didn't find ANY CDs under my Christmas tree this year! I was a bit gutted lol, I have had to buy all the ones I wanted myself. I had random stuff in place of them :S oh well!!
