Yesterday my miniture pinscher pup (a little under a year old) jumped off the tallest step on our back porch and fractured his little elbow. The vet did some xrays and at first thought maybe it was just dislocated. Comes to find out after the xrays that it is fractured and the bone has chipped.
So my little puppers is having surgury on Friday with a doggy orthopedic surgeon for the bargain price of around $3000. He's here with me now at the house with a little blue wrap over his leg knocked out on pain meds.
Poor lil guy.
